1. After placing an order, you will receive a product information confirmation email.

2. After the payment, you will receive a successful payment confirmation email.

3. After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information confirmation e-mail, containing the tracking number, you can check the shipping state with the tracking number.

4. Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. 

Meraki ships all packages from our store location and distribution center.

 Refund

1. You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of the ship date or in store purchase date.

2. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged will be accepted. 

3. Product tags must be attached and items must be free from any signs of wear such as: stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair. 

4. Almost everything is eligible for return except sale items, bodysuits, shapewear, and jewelry.

5. We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

6. Love the item but need a different fit? Say less - you can exchange for a different size!

7. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until your return or exchange is processed.   

8. Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

How to get a refund?

1. We will arrange a refund for you within 1-3 business day after receiving your package.
2. Cancel the order, we will arrange a refund for you within 1 working day.
3. For PayPal refunds, it can take up to 3 to 7 business days to complete, depending on the payment method of the item (for example, Paypal balance, credit/debit card, or checking account).
4. For bank card refunds, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and its intermediaries.
