How does Meraki ship your order?

After placing an order, you will receive a product information confirmation email.

Meraki ships all packages from our store location and distribution center.

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of the ship date or in store purchase date.

Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged will be accepted.

Product tags must be attached and items must be free from any signs of wear such as: stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.

Almost everything is eligible for return except sale items, bodysuits, shapewear, and jewelry.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until your return or exchange is processed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
How to get a refund?

- Cancel the order, we will arrange a refund for you within 1 working day.
